At Ivory, if it runs on power, we support it. To keep things simple, we charge by the hour, and the time of service request. Below is a simple breakdown of our offerings. If there are any questions, wait to speak to one of our representatives about the cost of your issue. And of course, if we can't solve your problem, there is no charge!

One Hour - Day

9 AM - 4 PM CST

Ivory is staffed 24 hours a day. However, the cost of our services do vary based on the time of day. Daytime hours are our most affordable, at $49.99/hour.

Call

One Hour - Night

5 PM - 8 AM CST

After 5 PM, our rates go up. However, if you need emergency technical assistance after dark, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Overnight rates are $99.99/hour. Submit a ticket, marked "emergency", and a representative will reach out to you!
